Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at gibrarecoins.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Gibraltar Group, LLC (“Gibraltar Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gibraltar Group, LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or placing an order through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Return Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or place an order with us.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase from Gibraltar Group. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Products, Pricing & Availability

Gibraltar Group offers certified rare coins, collectible coins, and numismatic products. Prices for precious metals and collectible coins fluctuate with market conditions and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and inventory is subject to prior sale.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Certified coins are sold by grade and certification number.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. Gibraltar Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

Orders & Binding Agreement

Placing an order with Gibraltar Group creates a binding agreement. For online orders, the purchase price is locked at the time the order is submitted, and a confirmation number will be provided via email.

Payment must be dated within 24 hours of placing the order and received within five (5) business days. Orders that do not meet these requirements may be canceled at our discretion. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) orders are not accepted.

Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods vary depending on the order value and may include:

  • PayPal
  • Bank Wire
  • Personal Check
  • eCheck

  • Personal checks and eChecks are held until funds are verified as “good funds.”
  • Bank wire payments are considered good funds immediately upon receipt and may qualify for available cash discounts.
  • You represent that any payment method used belongs to you and contains sufficient available funds.

Cancellations & Market Loss Policy

Because precious metals and collectible coins trade in a volatile market, prices are locked once a confirmation number has been issued, and orders generally cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation or order offset is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be subject to:

  • Gibraltar Group’s Market Loss Policy.
  • A cancellation fee equal to the greater of $50 or 5% of the total order amount.
  • Any market loss incurred if market prices have moved against Gibraltar Group.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped using Registered and Insured U.S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Every shipment is fully insured.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Tracking information is provided via email.

If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, claims will be processed through our insurance provider. Customers agree to cooperate fully with any insurance investigation, including providing a signed statement of non-receipt when requested.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee and accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
  • Certified holders must remain unopened and undamaged.
  • Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to credit card refunds.
  • Coins removed from certified holders are not eligible for return.

Certification & Grading

Many products are certified by respected third-party grading organizations such as PCGS (Professional Coin Grading Service) and NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Company).

Certification grades represent the independent opinion of the grading service and not Gibraltar Group.

Gibraltar Group makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy of third-party grading or whether a coin will receive the same grade if resubmitted for certification.

Investment Risk Disclaimer

All investments involve risk. The value of bullion, rare coins, and collectible coins may increase or decrease due to market conditions, rarity, demand, and other economic factors.

Gibraltar Group is a dealer in collectible coins and precious metals. We are not financial advisors, investment advisors, broker-dealers, legal advisors, or tax professionals.

Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Customers should consult qualified professional advisors before making investment decisions.

Severability & Entire Agreement
