Order Confirmation & Agreement

Upon placing an order with Gibraltar Group, LLC, a binding agreement is established.

For online orders, the price at the time of submission is fixed. A confirmation number will be sent via email. Payment must be dated within 24 hours of placing the order and received by Gibraltar Group within five (5) business days to secure the agreed price.

When selling to Gibraltar Group, once a confirmation number has been issued, the price is locked and the transaction cannot be canceled. However, it may be offset at our current buy price. All items must be shipped by the following business day, and a valid tracking number must be provided. Shipment delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx may be reviewed and extended on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Options

Payment must be received within five (5) business days.

Check Holding Period

Personal check payments are held for four (4) business days to allow bank verification. Additional holding days may apply when necessary.

Good Funds Policy

Funds received through personal checks or eChecks are considered “Good Funds” four (4) business days after receipt, subject to bank verification. Additional holding periods may apply if required.

To expedite processing and qualify for available cash discounts, customers are encouraged to use same-day bank wire payments, which are considered good funds immediately upon receipt.

Payment Instructions

Payment instructions are provided during checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

Payments must be dated within 24 hours of placing the order. Gibraltar Group reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these payment requirements. C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders are not accepted.

Order Cancellation

Once a confirmation number has been issued, prices are locked and orders cannot be canceled.

In exceptional circumstances, cancellations or order offsets may be requested through your online account or by contacting customer service during business hours. Approved cancellations are subject to Gibraltar Group’s Market Loss Policy and a cancellation fee equal to the greater of $50 or 5% of the total order value.

Shipping Rates

The flat-rate shipping charge is taxable where applicable. Free shipping applies only after any coupons or discounts have been applied to the order total.

Shipment

Gibraltar Group ships orders using Registered and Insured USPS Mail, FedEx, and UPS.

All shipments are fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been shipped. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, claims will be handled through our shipping insurance provider.

Returns

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Certified rare coins may be returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were shipped.
• Original PCGS or NGC holders must remain unopened, untampered with, and undamaged.
• CAC stickers and all certification labels must remain intact.
• Original packaging, invoices, and all accompanying materials must be included.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Special-order items
• Products altered after delivery
• Items removed from their certified holders
• Bullion products whose value is primarily based on precious metals market fluctuations

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Credit card refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
